Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years

  of experience analyzing large and complex

  healthcare datasets

  .
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare domains such as

  Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data

  .
• Excellent command of

  SQL

  for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with

  BI and visualization tools

  such as

  Tableau

  and

  Power BI

  .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and provide meaningful insights.
• Experience documenting

  data models, constraints, data stores, and mapping documents

  .
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret

  complex healthcare datasets

  , including

  Claims, Member, Provider, and Encounter data

  .
• Understand business requirements and translate them into

  data, analytics, and reporting specifications

  .
• Perform

  data store inventory, data mapping, and constraint documentation

  across multiple systems.
• Develop SQL queries for data extraction, validation, profiling, and analysis.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as

  Tableau

  or

  Power BI

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support QA, UAT, and production teams with data insights, anomalies, and validation as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare data standards.
