Position Overview

Data Analyst / MIS Executive

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models for performance tracking.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
Prepare regular MIS reports for management across sales, operations, inventory, and marketing functions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data being reported.
Automate repetitive reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, Power BI, or similar tools.
Support business strategy and planning with analytical inputs and forecasts.

Required Qualifications

Education:
B.Tech (in any specialization) and
MBA
from a recognized institution.
Industry Experience:
Mandatory experience in the
E-commerce sector
(minimum 24 years).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
,
Power BI / Tableau
,
SQL
, and data visualization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce data analytics, sales reporting, or MIS roles will be given preference.
Male candidates preferred
(due to operational and travel requirements associated with the role).
