Role & responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Run the show at our warehouse like a well-oiled machine
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy, quality checks, cycle counts & stock audits
• Hands-on with EasyEcom for daily order syncs, stock tracking & GRNs

Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

• Drive seamless, on-time dispatches daily targets, zero backlog
• Ensure every product leaves the warehouse looking ANNY-level perfect
• Manage pickups, generate shipping labels, optimize packaging & reduce RTOs

Shipping Partner Relationships

• Build strong ties with Logistics & courier partners
• Resolve escalation cases quickly delays, returns, misroutes, no excuses
• Track SLAs, penalize poor performance, and reward fast movers

Process Building & Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks and fix them fast whether it's a slow picker or a printer jam
• Implement best practices for inbound, outbound, returns, and rejections
• Use data to build a lean, fast, low-error operation

Team Handling

• Lead & motivate warehouse staff to meet daily KPIs
• Assign shifts, plan rosters, manage discipline & reward efficiency

Reporting & Coordination

• Daily MIS on inventory health, TATs, and SLA performance
• Work closely with merchandising, customer support & tech teams for smooth sync

• Preferred candidate profile

  :

• 2-4 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a D2C or ecommerce brand
• Must have working experience with EasyEcom
• Obsessed with speed, accuracy, and hustle
• Great at managing blue-collar teams & vendor partners
• Proactive problem-solver with zero tolerance for chaos
