Role & responsibilities Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all hospital infrastructure including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, elevators, medical gas pipeline systems, fire safety systems, and biomedical equipment. Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hospital facilities to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety and health regulations. Vendor Management: Liaise with external contractors and service providers for outsourced services and equipment maintenance. Ensure quality standards and cost efficiency. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of technicians, electricians, plumbers, and biomedical engineers. Provide training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems comply with hospital safety standards, statutory regulations (e.g., NABH, ISO, fire safety norms), and environmental requirements. Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment servicing, and incidents. Emergency Management: Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal disruption to clinical services. Strong knowledge of hospital systems including HVAC, fire alarms, DG sets, STP/ETP, medical gas pipelines, etc. Familiarity with compliance standards such as NABH, ISO, and local municipal laws Preferred candidate profile * Candidates from hospital background will only be preferred. * Interested Candidate can share their CV at ayesha.tabassum@iqct.in
