Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
Oversee patient care services, including admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective treatment plans.
Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency and quality of care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Oversee daily functioning of all hospital operational departments (Front Office, Admission & Discharge, Billing, Housekeeping, Security, Transport, Maintenance, Biomedical, F&B, etc.).
Ensure effective coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
Monitor patient flow, bed occupancy, turnaround time, and service efficiency.
Ensure 247 operational readiness manpower, equipment, utilities, and support services

Monitor patient feedback, implement service-quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure smooth grievance handling and timely resolution of patient issues.
Enhance front-office performance, queue management, and patient communication.
Maintain hospitality standards across all patient-facing areas.

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, statutory guidelines, and NABH/JCI compliance.
Conduct regular audits (safety, hygiene, biomedical waste, fire safety, documentation).
Support risk-management programs and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate training for safety, fire drills, and protocol awareness.
