Role & responsibilities

Were looking for a Catalogue Manager to own the complete journey of a product from photoshoot to going live on our website. This is a detail-heavy, fast-paced role that requires a sharp eye for fashion, exceptional coordination skills, and a strong sense of brand aesthetics. Youll work closely with creative, merchandising, and tech teams to ensure ANNYs product catalogue is accurate, engaging, and conversion-focused.

What You'll do:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage product photoshoots with internal & external teams.
• Select and finalize images to meet brand standards.
• Create accurate size charts for all products across categories.
• Prepare SEO-friendly titles, product descriptions, and features that capture ANNYs tone of voice.
• Upload and maintain product listings with correct pricing, details, and inventory status.
• Ensure timely product launches by managing shoot-to-live timelines.
• Collaborate with merchandising & marketing for campaign and seasonal updates.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure catalogue accuracy and consistency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Female candidate with 34 years experience in catalogue management for women’s western wear (D2C/e-commerce).
• Strong understanding of women’s apparel, fabrics, fits, and trends.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent command of written English for content creation.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
