Role Overview:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency with data handling tools, and the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and process large and complex datasets from multiple sources
• Perform advanced statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and patterns
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Create predictive and prescriptive models to guide strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with project managers, business teams, and IT to understand data requirements and deliver insights
• Optimize data collection and analysis processes for efficiency and scalability
• Present findings through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with governance standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics
• 3 years managing large projects as a Data Scientist / Analyst
• Proven experience handling big data sets and delivering analytical solutions to support business needs

• Educational Qualification:

  BE / B.Tech / MCA
• Must have a relevant Data Analyst certification (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar)

• Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Panjabi

Skills & Competencies:

• High-level proficiency in SQL and other database query tools
• Strong programming skills in Python (experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Expertise in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with T/Stata, statistical methods, and research tools
• Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity
