NISC Export Services (NES), a strategic software development partner of EBSCO Information Services(EIS) of Ipswich, Massachusetts is seeking "Data Analyst" for its location at Cherlapally, Hyderabad.

We deliver unmatched value through a combination of process excellence, quality control and services such as information & content development, metadata modeling, controlled vocabulary services, data preparation, software development, product quality control & assurance, specialized email and technical phone support apart from assisting with product development. NES is renowned for its mastery in the de-duplication of bibliographic and metadata records through the creation of composite records.
Job Purpose
Match & Map field data between two databases (one of which is XML) mostly related to Published literature.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibility of the candidate includes:
Mapping input files against EPMARC XML Schema document
Running scripts and batch files
Work as part of a team, as well as independently
Ability to absorb & note information in meetings/training
Experience of working to tight schedules in a daily or weekly content publishing environment
Qualifications
Education:
A Degree in any discipline.
Candidates with a degree in Library Science are preferred.
Skills & Abilities
Sound knowledge of XML
Good analytical skills
Exposure to MARC Catalogs is desirable
Working Conditions
Work Location: NES Office, Hyderabad
Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: 5 Days a week

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
