Min Experience: 5 yearsJobType: full-timeAs an Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing A/B tests, building intuitive dashboards, analyzing large datasets, and uncovering trends that shape business outcomes. You will leverage SQL, Python, and Tableau to extract insights, automate workflows, and visualize key metrics.Your work plays a critical role in helping cross-functional teams understand customer behavior, evaluate product performance, and make evidence-based decisions. This position requires a mix of technical expertise, analytical depth, and strong communication skills to convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and interpret A/B experiments to measure the impact of product enhancements and marketing initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau to track KPIs, performance trends, and business health metrics
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to work with large-scale datasets across multiple sources
• Utilize Python for data processing, statistical modeling, automation, and advanced analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, marketing, business—to translate analytical outputs into strategic actions
• Perform deep-dive analyses including trend studies, cohort segmentation, and customer behavior modeling
• Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting data-driven decision-making
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6-8 years of strong experience in analytics, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or other data-rich domains
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to manipulate complex datasets efficiently
• Solid hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard design, visualization best practices, and data storytelling
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing, statistical significance, experimental design, and result interpretation
• Expertise in Python for data analysis, automation, and exploratory modeling
• Ability to translate analytical insights into practical business recommendations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• A keen analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to break down complex problems
