Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data + AI Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of data-driven and AI-powered solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data engineering, machine learning, cloud platforms, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with business, data science, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable and intelligent systems that drive innovation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy AI/ML models to solve business problems.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
Implement solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data and AI strategies.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI systems for performance.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI/ML development, or related roles.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering AI projects end-to-end.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Solid understanding of data architecture, modeling, and warehousing.
Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., MLflow, Azure DevOps, Kubeflow).
Familiarity with responsible AI, model explainability, and compliance frameworks.
