Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Dam Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of dam construction and related infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed at least three dam projects from start to finish, possess strong leadership abilities, and be ready to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of dam construction projects within scope, time, and budget.

Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Monitor progress and generate regular project status reports.

Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and clients.

Supervise on-site engineering and construction activities.

Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.

Handle team management, including site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.

Key Requirements:

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects, with at least three full dam projects completed as Project Manager or equivalent leadership role.

Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure works, especially water retention/irrigation structures.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

Familiarity with government tendering processes and construction norms.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to relocate or work full-time in Mumbai.

Preferred Skills:

MS Project /similar project management tools

AutoCAD, Civil 3D familiarity

Understanding of hydro-technical structures

Knowledge of environmental and safety compliances
