Job Description

Job Title: D365 Senior SCM Functional Consultant Location: Onsite Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai (Customer Location) Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant with expertise in AX2009 / AX2012 / D365 F&O , especially in large rollout projects. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in Advanced Warehousing, Inventory, Costing, and Production , and possess leadership qualities to drive implementations and interact with global stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Minimum 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX SCM functional consulting. Experience in large-scale rollout projects across multiple geographies. Lead and conduct business analysis workshops , gather requirements, and drive design sessions. Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Warehousing implementations. Functional knowledge in: Inventory Management Costing Production Evaluate existing SCM processes and provide recommendations for improvement. Work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to implement end-to-end solutions. Manage and mentor offshore functional consultants . Lead requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis , and drive CRP, UAT, Go-Live , and post-go-live support phases. Prepare detailed project documentation such as: FDDs (Functional Design Documents) Fit-Gap Documents Training materials Exhibit excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle communication at various levels within the organization. Must be willing to work onsite at the customer location . Key Skills: Dynamics 365 F&O (SCM Modules) Advanced Warehousing Inventory, Costing & Production processes Requirement workshops & documentation Excellent verbal and written communication Stakeholder engagement & cross-functional collaboration
