Any of following Certifications:MB6-894, MB6-869, MB-500, MB-300, MB-700, AZ-900 8+ years experience with AX/D365FO or AX 2012 worked as a senior/Lead developer. Responsible for the design and development of modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications (AX 2012 / Dynamics 365 finance and operations). Analyse requirement and design technical solution to meet business goals, objectives, and functional / nonfunctional requirements in alignment in architectural standards. Gain understanding of customers needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation. Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/ 365 FO solutions are needed. Responsible for driving the effort to migrate the customers data sources into Microsofts sources, ensuring proper alignment of data models. Offers support on Microsoft tools for migration and integration. May be tasked with additional development tasks such as:developing data migration procedures to integrate Microsoft Dynamics Solutions (AX 2012 / 365 FO) to legacy systems; creating services to be called from external system for integrations. Provides support and expertise on development technologies and environments. Test modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards. Participates in system and acceptance testing. Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments to be made. Has awareness of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics Axapta (Ax2012/ 365 FO) implementation methodology, Sure Step; understands how the development and related testing activities fit into the overall customer engagement lifecycle. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Industry standard implementation methodologies (CRP, Agile, waterfall). Successfully demonstrated technical leadership in multiple ERPs (preferably Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Operations/Finance) projects for enterprise class customers. Ability to navigate difficult conversations and drive effective solutions to business problems. Holistic solution, design, architecture, data migration and integration skills.
