D2C Order Fulfillment Executive

About Kidology:

fast-growing D2C kids’ toy brand

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Fulfillment & Courier Management:

• Process and manage daily orders using courier/shipping panels like

  NimbusPost, Shiprocket, or similar platforms

  .
• Schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Track shipments, resolve courier issues, and update delivery status to internal teams.

2. Label Making & Packaging Coordination:

• Prepare and maintain

  product labels, barcodes, and packaging sheets

  using

  Excel

  , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with warehouse and packaging teams to ensure proper integration of labels in the packing process.

3. E-commerce Platform Operations:

• Coordinate with

  Kidology’s e-commerce platforms

  (D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for order updates.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate order processing.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain organized

  Excel-based records

  of shipments, labels, and operational updates.
• Highlight discrepancies, delays, or operational issues to management.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with

  courier/shipping panels

  like NimbusPost, Shiprocket, or similar.
• Experience in

  label making and packaging coordination

  .
• Familiarity with

  e-commerce platforms

  and basic order management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Excel

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
