  • Responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions like Hiring, confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Payroll Administration and Organisation Management for the circle having 12 + stores including the circle office through various HR tools and software.
  • Candidate should have ability and experience to manage a large number of Third Party staffs through multiple 3P Vendor.
  • Candidate should be fully well versed in all statutory laws and regulations. Should also be able to liaison with the government authorities effectively to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are adhered on time.
  • Retain the staffs through effective employee engagement programs as well as through implementation of training & development programs.
  • Candidate should possess the leadership skill to manage the team of 5 to 7 direct reporteesand 12+ indirect reportees
  • Must be proactive in identifying the gaps, Liaoning with corporate as well as the circle operation team in ensuring timely execution of various HR policies and programs. 
  • The position required effective traveling across the state for more than 10 days in a month.
  • This position involves working collaboratively with senior management in the circle as well as the corporate office and reports to Circle Head with a dotted line reporting to DGM - HR OPS.

Candidate Profile:-

  • Should have 12 + years of experience
  • Current designation should be Manager / Dy. Manager & Above
  • Should have handled minimum team of 5+ staff reporting to him directly
  • Qualification:- MSW / MBA
  • Industry:- Any Manufacturing / Service Sector / FMCG
  • Willing to Travel for more than 10 days in a month.
  • Handled Multi location / Branch in current or previous company is an added advantage.
  • Should have handled various HR tools/software and system
  • Handling multiple Vendors.
