Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Data Strategy & Governance expert at Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data strategy and governance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive data strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
Establish and maintain effective data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and opportunities.
Design and implement data management processes to support business intelligence and analytics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data privacy and security.
Provide training and support to end-users on data-related topics and best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of data strategy, governance, and management principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
