Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cypress Javascript and various testing tools and frameworks. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications through meticulous testing and reporting. The position is hybrid with day shifts and requires no travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for web applications ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases using Cypress and Javascript.
Provide comprehensive test metrics and reporting to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Utilize SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for efficient test management and tracking.
Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance to validate system functionality.
Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices across projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring reliable and user-friendly applications.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in Cypress Javascript and web application testing.
Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics reporting and defect management tools.
Exhibit experience in manual end-to-end business process assurance.
Have familiarity with SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for test management.
Show basic programming skills to support testing activities.
Experience in Bill Inquiry Handling and Billing & Revenue Management is a plus.
Adapt to a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and communication.

Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager
