We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web App testing Test Metrics and Reporting and various testing tools and frameworks. This role involves ensuring high-quality software delivery and requires strong skills in manual E2E Business Process Assurance. The work model is hybrid with day shifts.
Must Have
Strong experience of managing Cypress Automation Java Script/Type Script
Experience of cross browser testing (browser stack / Lamdatest)
Proficiency in integrating automation tests with CI/CD pipelines preferably using GitLab
Strong testing fundamentals with good communication and can work directly with the client
Experience with test management tools such as Jira XRAY and Confluence
In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have
Security awareness and understanding of secure coding practices
Telecom domain experience
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager or equivalent certification.
