About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Support Engineer Intern to join our growing team in Bengaluru. As the first point of contact for our users, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our CloudEK product. This is an excellent opportunity to dive deep into the world of cybersecurity, develop your technical skills, and contribute to a vital aspect of our customer success.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the

    first point of contact (Level 1 support)

    for user inquiries related to CloudEK's comprehensive product via various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues

    by utilizing internal knowledge bases, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurately document

    all user interactions, issues, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of

    clear and concise documentation

    for common issues and solutions.
  • Escalate complex technical issues

    to higher-level support teams with detailed information and troubleshooting steps taken.
  • Demonstrate a

    strong passion for cybersecurity

    and a proactive approach to learning about CloudEK's product and the broader threat landscape.
  • Develop an understanding of

    compliance standards and cyber laws

    relevant to our product and industry.
  • Stay

    up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats

    and trends.
  • Explore and apply

    AI prompt engineering techniques

    to enhance support processes and knowledge resources.(High preference)
  • Employ strong

    problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking

    to identify and resolve user challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrate a

    strong aptitude towards cybersecurity

    and a keen interest in expanding your knowledge in this domain.(Mandatory)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech) or any other graduation. Preference will be given to candidates with a background or strong aptitude towards

    Cyber Security

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
