Cyber Threat Engineer

As a Cyber Threat Engineer, you will help improve and expand product capabilities, design and implement core services, and define system architecture. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude, passion for technology, extensive development experience, and quick learning ability. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyse online content from various sources for infringements in violation of customers" intellectual property or trademark rights. - Carry out online enforcement by reporting infringing online content to platforms and third parties. - Conduct status monitoring for enforced online content and escalate takedown requests. - Handle pushbacks from platforms and third parties, escalating when necessary. - Coordinate with customer support and managers to validate customers" copyright, IP, trademark details, and authority. - Develop relationships with platforms and third parties to enhance efficiency in dealing with takedown requests. - Maintain accurate records of takedown activity and status. - Coordinate with customer support for customer enquiries, conduct research, and compose reports. - Contribute to the design and development of existing systems and products by suggesting ideas for automation and data presentation. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of cybersecurity and various cyber attacks means and mitigation. - Experience in investigating copyright infringement. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic approach to challenges. - Strong logical, analytical, organizational, and time management skills. - Detail-oriented with a drive to deliver high-quality results. - Basic understanding of copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. - Hardworking, self-motivated individual with a proactive and can-do attitude. - Energetic, flexible, and positive with the ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
