Role Overview:

Zscaler Security (ZIA, ZPA, DLP)

Key Responsibilities:

Zscaler Security (ZIA, ZPA, DLP):

• Configure, manage, and optimize

  Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)

  environments for end users.
• Configure and manage

  Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

  for secure remote application access.
• Implement and maintain

  Zscaler Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

  policies and environments.
• Develop and maintain internet, application, and DLP policies in alignment with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Zscaler proxy, PAC file routing, SSL inspection, and authentication (SAML/SSO/AD).
• Integrate Zscaler with identity providers and endpoint agents.
• Monitor security events, logs, and alerts; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with network, SOC, and IT teams for proactive threat detection and mitigation.

CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM):

• Implement, configure, and manage

  CyberArk Vault, PSM, CPM, PVWA

  , and related connectors.
• Onboard privileged and service accounts; configure safes and manage access controls.
• Automate password rotations and manage privileged sessions securely.
• Monitor and fine-tune PAM policies; perform periodic access reviews and audits.
• Coordinate upgrades, patching, and system optimization for CyberArk components.
• Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.

Governance & Collaboration:

• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including

  architecture diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks

  .
• Contribute to

  incident response

  ,

  vulnerability remediation

  , and

  change management

  processes.
• Support internal

  security assessments

  and participate in review meetings.
• Provide

  training, mentorship, and knowledge sharing

  within the cybersecurity and IT teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and DLP

  modules.
• Proven expertise in

  CyberArk PAM

  components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
• Deep understanding of

  SAML, SSO, Active Directory, and identity integrations

  .
• Experience with

  network security concepts

  , SSL inspection, and proxy configuration.
• Familiarity with

  incident management

  ,

  SIEM tools

  , and

  security operations workflows

  .
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zscaler Certified Professional (ZIA/ZPA)
• CyberArk Certified Defender / Sentry / Guardian
• CISSP, CISM, or other recognized cybersecurity certifications (preferred)
