Job Description

An IAM (Identity and Access Management) Analyst is responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining access control systems to ensure the security of an organization's data and resources. They are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to the systems and data that they need to do their job.

Develop and maintain access control policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems and data.
Implement and manage IAM tools and technologies such as identity and access governance, role-based access control, user provisioning and de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
Monitor IAM systems for compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on access control policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other IT and security professionals to identify and resolve access control-related issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends, technologies, and best practices.
Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
Update and maintain the IAM system according to changes in the organizations business needs.
