Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain network security solutions using Zscaler, Cisco Firewalls, and Cisco ISE. - Manage deployment and configuration of Firewall Management Center (FMC) and/or Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) solutions. - Perform security assessments, audits, and vulnerability management to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Provide 24/7 operational support for network security infrastructure, responding to security incidents and alerts in a timely manner. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design secure network architectures and solutions. - Conduct troubleshooting of security incidents and provide effective responses to emerging threats. - Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve security practices and tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong experience with Zscaler security solutions. - Proficiency in managing and configuring Cisco Firewalls. - Extensive knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE). - Familiarity with either Firewall Management Center (FMC) or Firepower Threat Defense (FTD). - Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA Security, CCNP Security, Zscaler Certification) are highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Effective communication skills for liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Prior experience in a security operations center (SOC) environment. - Knowledge of network protocols and security principles.
