Job Description

We are hiring -

Manager/ AVP- Multi Cloud Security / Cyber Security
Location Bangalore
Work Mode- Hybrid

JD-

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Container Security

Hands-on management of cloud security across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI.
Oversee containerized workloads security.
Conduct cloud security reviews and gap assessments.
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts using tools like ServiceNow.

Data Protection

Administer DLP and Data Access Governance tools.
Configure policies, upgrades, and alerts.

Cybersecurity Governance & Risk Management

Implement ISO27001, NIST, CIS-aligned policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, local laws).
Support audits, operational risk, and regulatory reporting.

Collaboration & Advisory

Liaise with IT, business teams, auditors, and regulators.
Provide guidance on security risks, incidents, and mitigation measures.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, laws, and best practices.
Drive awareness and adoption of cybersecurity policies.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Degree in IT/related discipline; programming knowledge preferred.
8+ years in cloud, information, or cybersecurity roles.
Strong expertise in implementing security solutions and working with vendors.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks: ISO27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR.
Hands-on experience with cloud security, container security, and DLP tools.
Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and drive workstreams to completion.
