Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

  • Design secure, sandboxed terminal environments simulating real-world attack surfaces and security systems.
  • Build reproducible ethical hacking tasks including reconnaissance, vulnerability exploitation, privilege escalation, and remediation steps.
  • Develop multi-stage benchmarks that test AI agents’ cybersecurity reasoning, precision, and response under time constraints.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to define evaluation metrics, challenge structures, and progressive difficulty tiers.
  • Implement tools for environment resets, exploit logging, and output validation to ensure reproducibility and security compliance.


Requirements

  • Strong professional experience - Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing or Red Team operations .
  • Proficiency with cybersecurity tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Hydra, sqlmap, or John the Ripper.
  • Deep understanding of network security, web application vulnerabilities, and OS-level exploit chains.
  • Skilled in Linux environments, shell scripting, and terminal-based workflows.
  • Experience designing or solving Capture The Flag (CTF) or penetration testing challenges (e.g., Hack The Box, TryHackMe).
  • Passion for cybersecurity, AI experimentation, and crafting realistic, stepwise security challenges.
