Cyber Security Solution Architect

The Role:The Technology Solutions Practice Lead drives a disciplined program of cybersecurity services and offers development.The Lead understands the constantly changing cyber marketplace, identifies solution opportunities, and leads to the development of compelling offerings from business cases through to operations and market readiness.In this highly collaborative role, you will bring together diverse functions such as architecture and engineering, security operations, finance, vendor management, and marketing, to establish a differentiated market position and accelerate time to revenue.Your deep cybersecurity and technical experience are balanced by a strong business acumen enabling effective engagement at all stages of the solution development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• oWorks collaboratively with colleagues to define, prioritize, and build offerings
• oAccelerates operations, market, and sales readiness for new offerings and manages product development lifecycle
• oEngages key cross-functional stakeholders for most effective packaging and positioning
• oActs as key market evangelist for solutions events, whitepapers, blogs etc
• oSupports the sales and proposal process education, presentations, content development etc
• oGood domain expertise for developing security solution architectureoSupports technology vendor engagement and strategy
• oDrives and refine product/service improvements informed by client and sales team feedbackYour future duties and responsibilitiesWorks collaboratively with colleagues to define, prioritize, and build offerings
• Accelerates operations, market, and sales readiness for new offerings and manages product development lifecycle
• Engages key cross-functional stakeholders for most effective packaging and positioning
• Acts as key market evangelist for solutions events, whitepapers, blogs etc
• Supports the sales and proposal process education, presentations, content development etc
• Supports technology vendor engagement and strategy
• Drives and refine product improvements informed by client and sales team feedbackEstablishes Portfolio KPI's to measure successTranslate business, industry, and regulatory requirements into information security objectives and associated tactical/strategic information security initiatives
• Develops and provides appropriate guidance on solutions to mitigate risks and enhance system securityWorking experience in any of the compliance programs (PCI DSS, HIPPA,ISO 27001,SOC2, SOX,NIST,FISMA, COBIT)
• Review, implementation and/or remediation relating to regulatory reporting and associated governance and control frameworksWorking knowledge on endpoint security technologies like, EDR, XDR, DLP, Vulnerability Management & Email Security
• Hands on experience in tools like CrowdStrike / Sentinel One /MS Defender /Tenable/Qualys/ Proofpoint / EOP (in any 3 tools)Understanding security by design principles and architecture level security conceptsKnowledge of and experience with related Workstation and Server technologies
• Good Knowledge on ITIL, Incident management, Change Management and Problem Management including analysis and responseRequired qualifications to be successful in this roleFirst and foremost, an innovative and inquisitive mindset, and a passion to build
• Minimum of 9 years of Information security experience
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and the challenges faced by organizations
• Understanding of, and passion for, differentiated packaging, productization, and positioning
• Representative balance of business and financial, sales and marketing, and technical acumen
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex risk concepts effectively to senior executives and stakeholdersDemonstrates good inter-personal skills, high standards of professional behavior in dealings with business customers, colleagues and staff
