B.Tech / B.E / MCA / M.Sc (IT or Cyber Security related specialisations)/ BCA / B.Sc (IT or Cyber Security related specialisations ) from a recognized University with a minimum score of 50%

• TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Probation 1 year (IBA Package)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the end-to-end implementation of cybersecurity projects, including technology rollouts, tool upgrades, policy enforcement, and compliance initiatives.
• Implementation on security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, NBAD, NDR, DLP, PAM, EDR/XDR, CASB, cloud security tools, and IDAM is required.
• Conduct testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews of security solutions to ensure effectiveness and operational readiness.
• Monitoring and investigating security alerts and events using security tools, and coordinate response actions to contain, eradicate, and recover from suspicious activities and potential threats.
• Perform log analysis, correlation, development of use cases, playbooks and forensic investigations across endpoints, networks, and servers in security tools.
• Work with other IT and business teams to ensure security controls are integrated into systems and processes.
• Stay updated on the latest cyber threats, attack techniques, and threat actor tactics.
• Contribute to incident reporting, root cause analysis, and documentation.
• Participate in threat-hunting exercises and proactive detection of anomalies.
• Any other work assigned from time to time.

• CORE COMPETENCIES/CERTIFICATION

• Minimum 3+ Years

  of experience in IT related area of which 2

  + Years

  in the Cyber Security/Information Security area within SOC or cybersecurity operations environment.
• Implementation and monitoring experience in multiple security solutions such as SIEM, SOAR, NBAD, DLP, DAM, NIPS, PAM, EDR/XDR, CASB, cloud security tools, and IAM.
• Strong understanding of Cyber kill chain, MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Familiarity with incident handling, malware analysis, and intrusion detection techniques.
• Professional Certifications/any other cyber security solution specific certification preferred.
