Responsibilities: - Understand business security requirements and devise accurate design plans with risk mitigation strategies for projects. - Possess a broad technical background with a deep understanding of security principles. - Translate highly technical requirements into easy-to-understand standard operating procedures. - Collaborate across various technology platforms and engage with different groups within Enterprise Infrastructure Services, IT architecture, Enterprise Application Services, and other relevant functions. - Stay updated on emerging threats and adversarial techniques, demonstrating the ability to comprehend complex environments swiftly. - Conduct IT security risk assessments and compliance audits as assigned. - Provide support for investigations and resolution processes, reporting incidents involving security breaches when necessary. - Collaborate with vendors to maintain and enhance SIEM technology, including configuring policies and developing use cases based on the latest threats. - Monitor and respond to alerts from SIEM systems and other technologies promptly. - Adhere to the incident response process, escalating events as needed. - Collaborate with the Incident Response Team in addressing escalations. - Experience with XDR/EDR tools like SentinelOne, Crowdstrike, etc. Skills Required: - Proficiency in SIEM, Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), Blue Teaming, Threat Hunting, and Threat Intelligence. - 2+ / 4+ years of experience in the security domain. Personal Attributes: - Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in formal and informal settings. - Proactive, flexible, and self-motivated approach to work with a strong sense of ownership in resolving issues. - Ability to multitask, work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks based on criticality, and collaborate effectively with remote teams to create comprehensive documentation. Education: - Full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree. Preferred Certifications: - CEH, CompTIA Security +, AWS Security, CCSP. Location: Bangalore/Pune/Gurgaon.,
