Customer Technical Support

The Technical Support Engineer position at SprintRay in Hyderabad entails providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for their 3D printing solutions. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, diagnosing hardware/software/network issues, and effectively managing support cases to ensure exceptional customer service. You will be expected to offer technical support through various channels such as phone, email, and online sessions for 3D printers, software, and post-processing equipment. Additionally, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues using root cause analysis will be a key aspect of your role. Tracking and managing customer cases in CRM platforms and escalating complex issues to internal teams like R&D, Quality, and Product Development will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, conducting customer training sessions on product usage and troubleshooting will be essential. Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field), along with at least 2 years of experience in technical/customer support for IT hardware, software, or networking skills. Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and networking troubleshooting, as well as experience in handling support cases, remote troubleshooting, and CRM platforms, are required. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users are essential skills. Preferred qualifications for the role include experience in 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or electromechanical equipment support. Prior experience in the dental industry, knowledge of cloud-based troubleshooting, SaaS-based support tools, LAN/WAN, and working in an International Customer Support Environment are considered advantageous.
