What Youll Do:

during customer calls.

efficiently.
Seek advice
and escalate issues when tasks go beyond your scope.
Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues with care and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

Graduation is mandatory.
Strong
communication skills
(both written and verbal).
Passion for helping customers and resolving issues.
