Job Summary

Telecaller with Data Entry responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls with professionalism.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and generate business leads.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company systems.
Persuasively communicate with customers and handle objections effectively.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling and/or data entry roles.
Excellent fluency in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Patient, customer-oriented, and able to handle queries professionally.
Motivated, confident, and passionate about sales and customer service.
Residing in Gurgaon or nearby areas, with easy commute to office.
