Job Title: Customer Support (Voice Process) Location: Bengaluru Job Type : Full-time Shift : Rotational Shifts Job Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and articulate Customer Support Executives for our Voice Process team. The ideal candidate must possess flawless English communication skills with a neutral accent, and must be committed to delivering top-tier customer support that drives best-in-class CSAT scores. Key Responsibilities: • Provide real-time support to customers via voice calls. • Ensure first call resolution (FCR) while maintaining high-quality support standards. • Accurately log customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues when necessary. • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction. • Work towards achieving excellent CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores consistently. • Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and continuous learning mindset. • Adhere to shift schedules and process guidelines strictly. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Zero compromise). • Neutral English accent with clear enunciation. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support (Voice) is a must. • Must be able to score exceptionally well in the Versant English test. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach. Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
