SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role encompasses aspects of customer support, telesales, direct sales, business development, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to achieving targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Customer Support & Service Excellence: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary. Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and company policies. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and solution-oriented interactions. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. 2. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promotional activities. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events. 3. Telesales & Outbound Campaigns: Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate leads, qualify prospects, and nurture existing relationships. Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources. Effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections. Schedule appointments for direct sales representatives or conduct direct sales over the phone. 4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update accurate customer records, sales activities, and communication logs within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). Utilize CRM data to identify customer trends, cross-selling opportunities, and areas for improvement. Proactively engage with existing customers to foster loyalty, identify upselling opportunities, and gather feedback. Ensure timely follow-ups and nurturing of customer relationships. 5. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics, customer satisfaction rates, and other relevant KPIs. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies. Contribute to regular team meetings and provide insights on customer feedback and market trends.
