Job Title: Product Writer (UI/UX Focus) Location : Bangalore/Hybrid Experience : 35 years Team : Product & Creative Content About the Role Were looking for a Product Writer to shape the language of our product experiencessomeone who understands how the right words, at the right time, can make technology feel seamless and human. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to bring clarity, consistency, and context to every touchpoint. What You’ll Do Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly UI copy across the product (buttons, error messages, empty states, tooltips, etc.) Write transactional and behavioral emails triggered by product actions Develop in-app messaging and feature onboarding copy Collaborate with design, product, and tech to maintain a consistent tone of voice Create product documentation and feature descriptions that simplify the user journey Support naming conventions, glossary development, and internal content style guidelines Help test and refine copy through feedback, user research, or A/B testing where possible What You Bring Experience writing UX /UI or product copy for digital platforms Strong portfolio showcasing UI microcopy, transactional content, and product communications Deep understanding of user-centred design and how words impact UX Ability to balance creativity with clarity and function Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams Bonus: Experience with SaaS platforms, tech products, or content systems like CMS/Figma
