Customer Support Representative

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and service requests related to
TATA Term and Non-Term Insurance
products.
Educate potential and existing clients on the features and benefits of various insurance policies.
Resolve issues with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive sales by identifying customer needs and cross-selling or upselling relevant insurance products.
Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Skills Required

Experience in customer support or a sales role within the insurance industry, with knowledge of
TATA Term and Non-Term Insurance
products.
