Job Description

Canvass and source new customers to grow the gold loan business.
Conduct gold appraisal and process loan applications accurately.
Drive revenue generation through cross-selling banking and financial products.
Collect interest and ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain strong relationships.
Maintain daily reports, registers, and customer records with accuracy.
Manage cash and perform basic accounting and branch operations as required.
Provide excellent customer service to maximize the value of client relationships.

Job Requirements:

Experience in retail banking, gold loans, or sales-related roles is preferred.
Knowledge of cross-selling financial products and basic banking operations.
Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sourcing new business.
