Customer Support Specialist

You will be joining Kicks Machine, India's rapidly growing Multi-Brand Sneaker, Streetwear, and Accessories company. Our goal is to unify Sneakers, Streetwear, and Accessories inspired by Street culture worldwide, appealing to sneakerheads, fashion enthusiasts, athletes, and a diverse audience. As a full-time on-site Customer Support Specialist, your primary role will involve assisting customers with their inquiries. You will interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, handle and resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction after every interaction. This position is based in Rajpur Road, Dehradun. Key Requirements: - Proficient in Customer Support - Exceptional Interpersonal Skills with the ability to empathize - Strong Analytical Skills for problem identification and resolution - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Hindi - Familiarity with Customer Support software - Capable of multitasking efficiently and thriving under pressure - A Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience - Freshers are encouraged to apply Any prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or the fashion industry would be advantageous for this role.
