Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Prompt Query Resolution:

• Solve client queries on a timely basis across various communication channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction by providing accurate and comprehensive solutions.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Technical Issue Coordination:

• Act as the crucial link between the client and the internal Tech Team.
• Coordinate with the Tech Team to solve tech queries as soon as possible, prioritizing urgent issues to minimize client downtime.
• Monitor the progress of technical tickets and provide timely updates to the clients.
• Translate complex technical issues into clear, understandable language for clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
