Job Description

Provide technical support to customers via phone, chat, and case communication.
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, assisting with platform configuration and feature utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Create and edit technical documentation to support customer responses.

Job Requirements

Strong oral and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Possess strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

A Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent is preferred.
