About the Position

We are hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to manage communication with U.S.-based clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, email support, and chat interactions while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide polite, empathetic, and professional support to customers.
• Communicate confidently with U.S. clients through calls, emails, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Understand all products/services to guide customers effectively.
• Document customer interactions and update records consistently.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution.
• Make outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of USA, UK, Canda or Austrailian calling experience (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication, verbal & written.
• Education: Any graduate or undergraduate.
• Prior customer support or call center experience mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a calm and solution-driven attitude.
• Willing to work in a fixed shift time 7.30PM to 5.30AM (Mon–Fri).
