Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat. Provide timely and accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication. Record and document customer interactions using CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues. Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and service levels. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. Preferred (for experienced candidates): Prior experience in customer service, call center, or helpdesk environment.
