Requirements-

• Qualifications

  - Graduate
• Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in

  Banking 1-3 years

  .
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practice.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Managing Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identifying customer needs, clarify information and providing solutions.
• Knowledge of MS Excel a must- all types of formulas
• Capable enough to create a PPT on various topics.
• Should be able to create MIS on daily work done.
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities-

• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics/calls for both Inbound and Outbound.
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all the conversations.
• To meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Should be proactive in approach.
• Ready to take ownership.
