Customer Support

1. Establish and maintain regular communication and meetings with key customers. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all their service-related needs and proactively address any concerns.

2. Conduct proactive campaigns for key accounts based on their specific requirements and anticipate their future service needs.

3. Monitor PM (Preventive Maintenance) execution within 30 days from the Service Request (SR) due date for Railways. Address and resolve open SRs for Railways that are delayed beyond 24 hours.

4. Conduct alignment meetings with OEMs to ensure mutual understanding and effective service delivery. Coordinate with HQ and zonal teams for issue closure

5. IREPS Complaint – Zero Penalty

6. Organize and conduct regular training sessions for key account customers to enhance their product knowledge and service capabilities.

7. Support in coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure business development (BD) support and issue resolution for key accounts. Coordinate with the zonal technical team and RRT (Regional Response Team) for resolving technical issues for key accounts.

8. Monitor MOM (Minutes of Meeting) from key account interactions and ensure timely closure of agreed-upon actions.
