As a Customer Support Executive for international English voice and chat, your role will involve handling customer queries via calls and chats. You will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The job requires excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Key Responsibilities: - Handle international customer queries via calls and chats - Provide accurate information and resolve issues - Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification: 12th pass - Excellent English communication (spoken & written) The company offers a competitive salary of up to 24,000 CTC + 2,000 PLI with 24/7 rotational shifts (majority night shifts). You will be working 9.5 hours/day, including a 1-hour break, for 5 days a week with 2 rotational week offs. Female employees will be provided with one-way cab transport during odd hours.
