As a Process Executive at Infosys BPM Ltd., you will be responsible for providing first-level resolution to customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acknowledging customer issues promptly, showing empathy, and using positive language to deliver exceptional customer service. - Building rapport with customers through active listening, effective communication, and attention to detail. - Handling customer objections and concerns efficiently to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution. - Documenting and tracking customer interactions and technical issues in the service management system. - Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information and support. - Participating in ongoing training and upskilling programs to enhance technical and customer service skills.
