You will be responsible for the following tasks in the role of Customer Support & Sales Executive: - Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (spoken & written) for effective multilingual communication. - Must possess excellent communication skills to confidently and clearly interact with customers in a professional manner. - Capable of managing and nurturing incoming leads to convert them into opportunities. - Provide prompt and accurate support related to software products, address customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Deliver engaging and effective software demo presentations to prospective clients. Preferred Qualifications for this role include: - Experience in customer support, tele-calling, or software sales. - Basic understanding of software products such as ERP, CRM, or related technologies would be a plus. - Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to learn are desirable qualities. The job type for this position is full-time and the work location is in person.,
