Job Description

As a Customer Support & Sales Executive at our company, your role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products/services to drive sales. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Proven experience in customer support and/or sales (minimum 2 years). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. - Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and service targets. - Basic computer skills and experience using CRM software.
