Job Opening: Customer Support & Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Multilingual Communication: Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (spoken & written).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must be a confident and clear communicator with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Lead Handling: Capable of managing and nurturing incoming leads effectively to convert them into opportunities.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Provide prompt and accurate support related to our software products, addressing customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Product Demonstrations: Able to deliver engaging and effective software demo presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Experience in customer support, tele calling, or software sales.
  • Nice to have Basic understanding of software products (ERP, CRM, or related tech preferred).
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
