Role & responsibilities

Position Title:

Sales Administrator / Sales Support Export (Primary Market: India)

Responsibilities & Competence

• Responsible for executing assigned tasks in a systematic and structured manner in accordance with LJM's internal procedures
• Manage primary sales administrative functions and act as a back-up for sales representatives
• Serve as the internal point of contact for customers regarding ad hoc service and sales-related inquiries, both in Denmark and in export markets—primarily focused on the Indien market

Strategic Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving departmental goals in alignment with LJM’s policies and strategic objectives
• Support the delivery of competent service and assistance to ensure high-quality customer experience

Operational Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in collaboration with LJM’s customer and dealer network within the machinery industry in India and eg.abroad
• Prepare documentation related to orders, offers, and shipping
• Handle the preparation and data entry of documentation regarding complaints and credit notes relevant to the sales domain
• Support the sales department with quotation preparation and ongoing follow-up activities.
• Conduct price calculations based on customer inquiries and collaborate with external sales personnel to submit offers, both within and outside the defined sales area
• Ensure customer orders and order confirmations are well-structured and complete to enable efficient production processes
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and contribute to special projects and market-specific initiatives.
• Support Sales Manager in preparation of costing, follow up with respective departments for necessary data. And support in preparation of sales Reports
• Support logistics team for dispatches and necessary with documentation from internal department and customers
• Follow up with the customer for the due payments
