Job Description: You will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving queries efficiently while maintaining call quality, and meeting performance targets to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound/outbound customer calls - Resolve queries efficiently and maintain call quality - Meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Only BMS / B.Com / BA graduates (No IT graduates) Please Note: The shift timings for this role are from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM (Login time) with night shifts included. The compensation offered is 3 LPA with 22,000 In-hand + Incentives. Additional benefits include home pickup & drop, as well as medical insurance coverage up to 3L. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the joining date is on the 16th of November. The interview process consists of 3 simple rounds with a 1-day selection.
